What is Our Return Policy?

Products may be returned for refund within 30 days of the shipping date on your invoice if returned in original condition with original packaging. Original packaging means a copy of your original customer purchase receipt, gift box (if applicable), the item itself, and a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) form (see below).

Please note that all Freight and Shipping charges, for delivery and return, and related insurance charges, cannot be refunded or credited. For your protection, we recommend that you purchase insurance on your return package for the value of the merchandise being returned.

Lastly, please also note that items purchased directly from the ANGELDOR Heavenly Crystal Jewelry website “On Sale” selections cannot be returned for refund. All sale items are FINAL SALES.

How do I Return an Item?

1) Contact Customer Service at info@angeldorheavenlycrystaljewelry.com for an RMA number;

2) Print out the RMA form below

and 3) Fill in the form, being sure to fill in your RMA number in the space provided. AND REMEMBER TO ENCLOSE A COPY OF YOUR ORIGINAL INVOICE WITH YOUR RETURN SHIPMENT.
